We have four lakes already in place at Palmetto Ridge; Palmetto Lake, Live Oak Lake, Bobwhite Lake, and Wood Duck Lake. If you are looking for a great piece of waterfront property look no further than Palmetto Ridge. We will be stocking all our lakes with fish in the near future so you and your family can enjoy great fishing.

Palmetto Lake is the closest to the community center. It is a public access lake that will be open to anyone who lives in Palmetto Ridge. There are wonderful views of Palmetto Lake from our Community Center. On cool fall evenings the Fire Pit will be the perfect spot to sit and overlook Palmetto Lake and the wonderful natural island in the center.

Live Oak Lake is the largest of our four lakes at Palmetto Ridge. It is a private lake that will be owned by the homeowners around it’s banks. If you are looking for a great lakefront homesite with water access, this is the perfect location for you. Put your kayak or jon boat in the water and prepare for a great day of Southeast Georgia fun.

Bobwhite Lake is near the Park in Palmetto Ridge. It is a beautiful little lake with some really great homesites around its banks. Come have a picnic at one of our four picnic tables or bar-b-que in one of our grills at the Park. While you are there cast a line in Bobwhite Lake for some great fishing.

Wood Duck Lake is the last of our Lakes at Palmetto Ridge. If you are looking for a great privacy homesite next to the water, this is the lake for you. Wood Duck Lake offers beautiful natural views across it’s waters.
