Model Home Now Complete

Our Model Home is now complete and furnished. With it’s 2,100 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, it really sets the tone for Palmetto Ridge.

This home features wonderful southern style architecture. It is constructed with an antique brick and Hardie plank exterior. It features a shingle roof with metal accent awnings. Inside are hardwood floors and cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful lighting. The home has been furnished throughout. We located our model home on a ¾ acre lakefront home site just inside our entrance. The landscaping surrounding the house really ties it in with the natural setting of Palmetto Ridge.
