Spec Home Under Construction

Our spec home is being built on homesite number 153. That is the corner homesite as you come into our wonderful entrance. We chose this spot to set the tone for Palmetto Ridge. It definitely does that.

The home is almost 2100 square feet. It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Arranged in a lovely floor plan. A spacious two car garage is located on the side of the house.

The spec home is really going to be beautiful. We selected a home designed by Donald Gardner. We are using traditional building materials for this home. Antique brick and hardy board will be used in its construction. Overholt Homes has added some wonderful touches to the interior including wainscoting and a tray ceiling to the dining area.
